The development of vapor deposition processes for synthesizing metal oxide films have a variety of applications, such as metal oxide films have been studied for potential use in solid oxide feul cells (SOFCs) as thin film electrolyte layer. Yttria stablized Zirconia (YSZ) target, used as oxygen ion conducting solid electrolyte, produced by us with two methods, ZrO2/Y2O3 92:8 mol% and Zr/Y 85:15 at%.
